Request for extract from the register

When you request an extract from the register we do a search of your name and social security number in our central registers. In the extact you will see which personal data about you that we process in our systems. 

We are grateful if you help us by providing us with information about how you have been in contact with the university.  

The university will get back to you within one month of submitting your request. In order to hand out the information, we must ensure your identity. You can choose between picking up the extract from the university's record management office (presenting a valid ID), or having it sent to you by registered post.

For us to safely and efficiently find you in our systems, it is important that you fill in all the relevant fields in the form below.

Processing of your data

In order for us to be able to handle your request for an extract from the registry, we need to process your personal data.

We will process the personal data you submit to us through the form. We will also collect all the data that is processed about you at the university.

Your case will be filed in the university's record management office. The data will be saved in accordance with applicable archival legislation.
